Description
We are a small organic market garden with 4 acres, 2 of which are in the old walled kitchen garden of Forcett Hall and 2 in the field adjacent. The gardens are extremely peaceful and beautiful. We have old apples trees in the orchard, and fruit trees around the walls. We have 4 large polytunnels, a green house, and an old glasshouse, very dilapidated, but housing grapes and figs. The market garden has been running for over 15 years - this is our family's third year at Bluebell.
There are opportunities to learn alongside us and others about growing and marketing, with a wide range of activities throughout the year.
We run a box scheme and sell at farmers' markets throughout the region.
