Description
Small co-housing group of 4-6 adults, living consciously together, sharing our (various) spiritual, political and social values. Located in the countryside close to Findhorn, in the North of Scotland. There is a vibrant alternative population in the area, attracted by the Findhorn Foundation community, to which we are loosely affiliated, and provides much of interest. Mainly self-sufficient in organic fruit and vegetables, we manage around 2 acres of land, including a large poly-tunnel, large vegetable growing areas, and many flower beds. We eat together 2 to 3 evenings a week, sharing the cooking. Accommodation is in a small caravan in the garden, with access to a shower and toilet in the communal area. We only have accommodation and work for one WWOOFer at a time. The work is mainly in our garden, but could also include work in other gardens, a woodland, cooking, building, cleaning or general maintenance.
We do provide Rubber boots and outdoor jackets and overalls for medium sizes.
