Description
6.5 acre family smallholding including a range of listed, traditional, stone farm buildings requiring renovation. Aim - to increase self sufficiency/energy efficiency. Fields, stream, woodland, large garden, forest garden, orchard and polytunnel. Vegetables, herbs, soft fruit, top fruit and willow grown. Livestock - ponies, geese, ducks, chickens and cats.

Accommodation - gypsy-style bow top caravan with small woodburner. This does not stay lit overnight so good sleeping bag required, especially for winter stays; extra blankets available. Interests permaculture, art & design, green woodworking. Work is predominately in and around the garden. Appreciate help all year round, especially spring and summer, but can only accommodate one individual or couple at a time. Please bring gloves and be prepared to work independently. Currently we can only offer weekend WWOOF visits.
