| Description | We're a 20,000 acre estate on the Isle of Jura, one of the most remote farms in Argyll. We can offer a range of experiences depending on seasons, from feeding cattle to clearing rhodedendrons. We have 65 cattle, 40 Jacobs sheep and 2 pigs but our main business is red deer stalking and b+b. We're a family with 4 young children looking for help on lots of levels. We can teach livestock and woodland management, and there could be opportunities for stalking and fishing. If you're sociable and prepared to muck in and don't mind being 17 miles away from the only shop , this could be the place….. |
