We are a small family living on the Isle of Skye.
Our timber house which we built nearly 4yrs ago is situated in approx 1/2 acre of land.
For the last three seasons we have had a number of raised beds for vegetables and this year we erected a polytunnel.
Next year we hope to have bees.
There is alot of work to be done; including paths and establishing growing areas.
This is a small picturesque crofting village in S.W Skye. It sits on the edge of Loch Slapin, and is surrounded by the Red and Black Cuillin mountains.
Update 2010
We now have a colony of honey bees.
