cookies

A "cookie" is a piece of data stored by a website within a browser - see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_cookie

The WWOOF UK website uses two sorts of browser cookie:

  1. A cookie is required to enable users to register and log in to access the member-only features of the website. We believe that this is "strictly necessary to provide an information society service requested by the subscriber or user".
  2. Cookies are also stored to enable Google Analytics tracking of the site visitors and which pages they view. We are tracking the latest guidance on whether to continue using this service.

For new users registering on the site, i.e. joining as a member, we state that cookies are required and that by proceeding you are giving consent for this.

This website does not show adverts and does not use information gathered from cookies on other sites.
