Description
We are a family run woodland just outside Fishguard in beautiful Pembrokeshire. You will be working alongside us with the work including: Coppicing, charcoal production, scything (path maintenance), firewood splitting, habitat creation and other jobs relating to the management of the woodland. All our work aims to help nature and local wildlife.

Almost all the work on the land takes place using hand tools so you will have a great chance to learn how to use axes, bill hooks and other traditional tools. In the summer we run a campsite so some spring work will involve getting set up for this which will involve preparing the land, some carpentry and the chance to work on some greenwood timber frame structures.

We hope that working with us will provide you with loads of new skills (or the chance to improve existing ones) and to work in a beautiful environment with friendly and welcoming people.
