We are a Camphill Community providing supported living, work and training to adults with Learning Disabilities. We have a working 70 acre Biodynamic Farm that is regulated by Demeter.
The farm has 25 Red Poll Cattle, 5 alpaccas, plus around 7 acres of vegetable gardens. We also keep bees and have a small orchard. The produce from the farm primarily goes to the houses in the community, but surplus is sold to an Folland Organics on Norwich Market, as well as supplying Galton Blackistons Michelin starred restaurant at Morston Hall and Richard Bainbridges new restaurant, Benedicts in Norwich.

Volunteers will have their own room in houses living and working along side adults with learning disabilities who live and work in the community. They will need to understand and respect the fact that they are guests in the tenants houses. Residential volunteers will need to undergo a DBS or police check and follow our safeguarding policy.

Volunteers will be given two consecutive days off each week. We are close to the market town of Holt and the beautiful North Norfolk Coast.
