Description
Our Community Farm is situated on beautiful Dartmoor a short walk from the small town of Chagford. The farm is run by Sylvan and Katherine and their 2 small children with support from friends and volunteers from the local community. We are one of the UK’s first community-supported micro-dairies and started operating in April 2013. We primarily produce goats’ milk dairy but also free-range pork, woodland poultry and honey under a Community Supported Agriculture business model. We share a site with our CSA who use the same model to provide vegetables to the local community.

Jobs at the farm are very varied, from milking the goats and making cheese, helping with the various ongoing building projects to mucking out the animals.
