Description
Our Farm is a 10-acre smallholding on a Site of Special Conservation Interest in the West Dorset Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It lies three miles inland from the sea at Charmouth. Five miles to the west is the Georgian seaside town of Lyme Regis, while the same distance to the east is the rope-making centre and thriving market town of Bridport.

Under the guidance of the Woodland Trust, we are undertaking a programme of restoration, with the aim of protecting this species-rich environment, preserving wildlife habitats, and making the land manageable and productive once more. Work includes land clearance, control of invasive species, planting, fencing, habitat creation and enhancement and general maintenance. Guests will need to be physically fit and happy to work hard, but the effort is well rewarded as we bring new life to this beautiful piece of land.

Guests will share a comfortable bedroom in the main farmouse and all meals will be provided. The pub is five minutes walk away, and local towns, beaches and coastal paths are accessible on foot and by bus.
