Description
Our 70 acre woodland lies in a secluded valley on the western edge of the Brecon Beacons, it is a haven for wildlife and we share the land with a huge variety of birds, amphibians, reptiles, insects, fungi, lichen, plants and trees.

We are establishing a "One Planet Development", building our own home and taking care of our own needs, growing our own food and earning an income from the land.

We grow mushrooms and work with the timber the woodland provides. We are also creating the growing spaces in the woodland for our annual and perennial crops using agroforestry as our design strategy.

We welcome everyone who wants to help us realize our vision of off-grid self reliance. There is an a-framed guest cabin in the woodland powered by solar PV, with adjacent compost toilet and shower facilities. Volunteers will have to be able to look after themselves for breakfast and dinner but we will have lunch together.

If you want to know more about what we are doing or have any questions just give us a call.
