Admin & Certification Officer - Organic Trust

The Organic Trust Limited is a leading organic certification organisation in Ireland, currently certifying in the region of 1000 organic operators – the Organic Trust logo is easily recognisable on a vast array of organic products on retail shelves in Ireland and abroad.

A vacancy currently exists for an Administration & Certification Officer to join our Company.

Based in Clontarf, Dublin 3, our small team is comprised of a dedicated group of professionals who ensure the integrity of the organic inspection and certification process.

We are seeking a motivated self-starter who has an eye for detail which is backed-up by excellent computer skills.  The Organic Trust operates a modern integrated database which requires the successful applicant to have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.  The ability to write articulate focused communications is a pre-requisite for this position as is the ability to interrelate the many facets of a detailed process.

Administrative duties will relate to a range of elements within the organic inspection and certification process together with a wide range of other administrative functions as required by the organisation from time to time. Previous experience in the agricultural and food sectors would be advantageous.   A  demonstrable interest in organic food production would be a distinct advantage.
