Permaculture No-Dig Market Garden-Internship, West Wales.

Qualified in horticulture with a background in fine art and photography, WWOOF hosts Debbie and Julian run a six acre smallholding near the Preseli Hills in Pembrokeshire.

The polytunnels at Blaenffos in the early Spring sunshine.

Here is a description of this informal internship in the words of our hosts:

"We are currently offering the opportunity for two people, a couple or two friends to come and volunteer with us for 4 to 6 months and gain experience of all the activities involved in running a sustainable human scale no-dig permaculture market garden.

Previous long term apprentices have successfully set up their own market garden in Germany and we continue to offer long distance support ( and friendship!). We found the whole experience very rewarding which is why we'd like to repeat it.

Food provided for self catering in your own caravan (there is also a also field kitchen, we eat outside in summer and share meals regularly)"
